I think you might be looking at 2/20 expiry. If you view the 2/21 expiry, you could still get a some premium around 2% OTM. When I wrote this article volatility was slightly higher making 3% possible. Hope it helps.

 looked at tomorrows expiration date for spy and the atm strike is 24 cents.  3 percent down has a 0.00 premium.    If you could clarify the piece I am missing, I would appreciate it.]]></description>
